Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

​

 

SET UP HOURS

  • The machine gun line will be open to Machine Gunners/vendors for setup, Friday, September 18th 12pm-5pm , and Saturday September 19th, 7am -9am.  You MUST be set up by Saturday morning September 19th by 9am and ALL VEHICLES PARKED IN THE MACHINE GUNNER PARKING LOT BY 9AM

  •  NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU SHOW UP LATE YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

 

BREAKDOWN HOURS

  • The show ends Sunday at 3 pm. Breakdown begins Sunday, September 20th, 3 pm.  NO EARLY BREAKDOWN,  NO EXCEPTIONS

 

MACHINE GUN SHOW HOURS

  • Gates are open to the general public for the machine gun line, Saturday, 9:45am to 5pm and Sunday 9:45am to 3pm.

 

SECURITY

  • Shooters Gauntlet will provide armed security on Saturday night from 7pm until 7am. We assume no liability or responsibility for damage/theft of any firearms or merchandise.

 

LOCATION

  • The Machine Gun Shoot is located on BRAVO range, over the wooden bridge off of Deep Hollow Road.

PARKING

  • Parking for Machine Gunners is available adjacent to the Machine Gun Range. Parking there is at your own risk, and we have had instances of ricochet and damaged windshield. Please read the Liability Release you sign, we are NOT RESPONSABLE for any damage(s). 

 

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

  • Vendor(s) will be on site providing food and beverage on Saturday and Sunday

  • Complimentary coffee will be provided to gunners Saturday and Sunday 7am-9am

  • Breakfast will be available for purchase Saturday and Sunday morning beginning at 9am

  • We do not allow any BBQ or grilling, open flames etc. Coolers are allowed

  • NO ALCOHOL is allowed on premise

  • Portable toilets are on premise

NEW BADGE POLICY

  • Each machine gunner will receive 2 badges per line position included with their line position fee. Each line position will also be able to purchase up to 2 additional badges per line position for $25 per badge. You may not have more than a total of 4 badges per line position. No Exceptions.

  • The first two badges issued to a machine gunner will be marked as PIC BADGE HOLDER. This means that the wearer of the badge is a PIC (Person in Charge) and can make decisions and respond to RSOs, medical personnel, law enforcement, etc., on behalf of the machine gunner who purchased the line position(s). Only two PIC badges will be issued regardless of how many line positions you purchased. All other badges are standard badges.

  • ONLY badge holders are allowed on the line before and after the gates open and close to the general public. Please do not tell friends and/or clients that they may come on the line as your guest or help with set-up before the gates open. They will be denied.

    Example A:

    Stone Mountain Tactical purchased 1 line position. They will get 2 badges included with their line position fee, and both badges will be PIC badges. Stone Mountain Tactical may purchase up to 2 additional standard badges for $25 per badge. Total possible badges for 1 line position are 4 (2 PIC and 2 standard purchased)

    Example B:

    Stone Mountain Tactical purchased 3 line positions. They will get 6 badges included with their line position fee. 2 will be PIC badges, 4 will be standard badges. Stone Mountain Tactical may purchase up to 6 additional standard badges at $25 per badge. Total possible badges for 3 line positions are 12 (2 PIC, 4 Standard included, 6 Standard purchased)

 

Additional (Items in RED are new for 2020)

  • Only line positions paid in full are guaranteed their position(s)

  • All Machine Gunners are required to attend the RSO meeting 30 minutes prior to the start of the shoot

  • Machine Gunners are required to wear their badge at all times in a visible fashion

  • All trash is to be placed in trash receptacles. Please leave the area around you as you found it

  • All spent shell casings are to be picked up and discarded in provided waste containers

  • There is NO ELECTRIC and only VERY POOR CELL SERVICE on location (wifi coverage for 2020 is looking promising!)

  • We do not allow ANY discharge of firearms during set-up days. The ONLY time you may discharge a firearm is during normal show hours when on the machine gun line and ONLY under the direction of the RANGE OFFICERS

  • On the Machine Gun line, we do not provide any tables, chairs or tents. You may bring your own as long as your tent is no larger than the spot(s) you rented. 

  • All firearms on display MUST be unloaded and have chamber flags

  • No grilling of food is allowed on any part of Shooters Gauntlet Property. No alcohol is allowed on premise. No drugs or contraband is allowed on premise

  • Cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable nor transferable and may result in being banned from future events

  • Target stands may be placed at any distance within the paper or explosion target area and must remain in your lane of fire

  • ONLY cardboard and paper targets, or biodegradable items such as watermelons, pumpkins, or other items of this nature, are permitted within the paper or explosion target areas. (Refer to Machine Gun Line Position Map)

  • Exploding targets and steel targets must be placed in the explosion area only. (Refer to Machine Gun Line Position Map.

  • Bowling pins, plastic jugs filled with water, are also acceptable targets and can be placed in the explosion area

  • It is YOUR responsibility at the end of the shoot to clean your line position and lane of fire of all spent shell casings, targets, and debris. Unwanted brass and targets are to be placed in provided receptacles and dumpster(s).

  • No TV's, computers, displays, lawnmowers, glass or metal items, cans, mugs, glassware, dishes, vases, beer and soda cans, or any other item that when impacted by bullets causes small metal, glass, plastic or other nonbiodegradable fragments are permitted

  • All line positions are to be set up and free of all vehicles 60 minutes prior to the start of the shoot. Vehicles will not be allowed on the firing line until the entire event is over

  • Shooting into the pond is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators may not receive any warning and may be ejected from the shoot without refund

  • Shooting ABOVE the impact berm AND/OR into or at trees is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators may not receive any warning and may be automatically ejected from their line position without refund

  • Shooting at targets other than those in YOUR LANE that YOU PUT UP is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please respect the other Machine Gunners and THEIR targets

  • Vehicles provided by SG are the ONLY targets you may shoot at that is out of your lane 

  • USA Chemical Supply will be onsite and providing ample exploding targets.  We do not allow any other type/brand of explosive targets

  • No Machine Gunner may leave after the close of the show on Sunday until they have been signed out by an RSO. You are responsible for cleanup in your ENTIRE LANE, or a $150 fee will be imposed. If the fee is not paid, you will not be allowed back until such time the fee is paid 

  • Booths are to be manned at all times

  • All weapons  are to be flagged when not in use.

  • All machine gunners must abide by the same firearm rules as the public. No exceptions.

    • Ages 14 and under may not handle a firearm (red wrist bands)

    • Ages 14-17 Semi Auto Only (Blue wrist band)

    • Ages 18 and older may operate full auto weapons. (color of the day wrist band)

  • All weapons should be locked/cabled at end of the day, and all displays should be covered with a tarp. Although we provide armed security overnight and have never had an issue, we are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage.
