Here are the requirements that a family must meet in order for us to accept an application on their behalf:

1. ​PARENT(S) and the child must be US citizens.

2. At least one parent and the child must be current residents of Bradford County PA.

3. Child must be 5 years or younger.

4. Family hardship must be due to a medical condition the child has, or other unforeseen circumstances causing the hardship.

If you know of family in need, this is the place to make an application on their behalf. We do not accept applications directly from families.
