All our classes are scheduled according to you and your group's requirements, and always private. Take the class as an individual or put together your own group. Introduction To Long Range (100-300 yards)

Long range shooting begins with a proper foundation, solid weapons platform, and understanding of basic ballistics and shooting fundamentals. This one day class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics and get set up correctly right from the start. Whether you are shooting for sport, hunting or competition, this class is without question the PERFECT beginning. Course will focus on your overall setup, proper shooting techniques, getting a solid zeroAlso, you will shoot, a lot. Plan on apprx. 100 rounds.  You don't get better if you're not shooting! Rent one of our precision weapons platforms, or, bring your own!  (We recommend that your weapons platform already be zeroed at 100 yards) This is the best one day class you'll ever take!

  • First vs second focal plane

Long Range Level 1 (300-700 yards)

If you are already comfortable with your setup and are shooting under 1 MOA at 300 yards, this is the next step for you. This course will briefly review some of the topics from our Introduction to Long Range course, and build with new topics and discussions. This course is designed to get you shooting out to 700 yards. We believe that the range is the best classroom, so expect all discussions to be integrated with shooting.

  • Review of basic topics

  • Shooting fundamentals 

  • Rangefinding

  • Shooting techniques, bench vs. prone, body positioning 

  •  Trigger control, breath control

  • Ammunition considerations

  • Wind factors

  • Spin drift

  • Ballistics, ballistics software

  • Practical exercises
