EXHIBITOR AND MACHINE GUN LINE 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Thank you for your interest in our 2nd annual Stone Mountain Machine Gun Shoot and Gun Show. Building off of last years first event, we have made many improvements and changes to for our upcoming June event. The gun show section has been regraded, a new parking area for vendors has been constructed on site near the gun show, and this years exhibitors section will take place under two large tent that will keep both vendors and attendees under cover regardless of the weather.

 

We have two sections for the exhibitor section this year. The upper main area will consist of two large tents where all vendors are under cover and table(s) will be supplied. Adjacent to the main show area will be a dedicated suppressor range. Tables are provided based on size of space rented. We do not supply chairs.

 

There will be a lower section below the main area that will not be under cover but a table will be provided.  Feel free to bring your own 10x10 pop up tent if you wish.

 

We will not be providing tents or chairs on the machine gun line. You are welcome to bring your own. 

 

We do not allow any grilling or BBQ use on our facility. Food Vendors will be providing food and beverages. 

 

SHOW HOURS

 

  • The exhibitor/suppressed fire section is open to the public Saturday from 10am-5pm, Sunday from 10am-3pm

  • The Machine gun line is open to the public Saturday from 10am-5pm, Sunday from 10am-3pm 

 

 

SECURITY

 

We will provide armed security Thursday, Friday night for exhibitors and machine gunners that set up on Thursday and/or Friday. We will also provide armed security on Saturday night for the gun show area and machine gun line. We assume no liability or responsibility for damage/theft of any firearms or merchandise.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Exhibitors

 

  • All registrations and exhibitors fees must be RECEIVED by May 1st, 2017

  • Set-up for the exhibitor area is Thursday June 1st between 10am-7pm, and Friday June 2nd between 10am-6pm. 

  • All exhibitors must be setup and all vehicles moved off the exhibitor area no later than 6pm Friday 

  • Each exhibitor table comes with one exhibitor pass. Additional passes can be purchased during registration for a fee of $25 per additional pass.

  • Exhibitors are required to wear their badge at all times in a visible fashion. 

  • Exhibitors are required to staff their table for the entire show. Failure to do so will result in loss of your table without refund and you will be barred from all future events.

  • The gates to exhibitors only will open 2 hours prior to the start of the show each day.

  • All trash generated is to be with boxed or bagged, or placed in trash receptacles. Please leave the area around you as you found it. 

  • There is NO ELECTRIC and only VERY POOR CELL SERVICE on location. There is currently no wi-fi, but we are working to make improvements for future shows. We will provide a land line for background checks ONLY. Please prepare accordingly.

  • We do not allow ANY discharge of firearms during set-up days. The ONLY time you may discharge a firearm is during normal show hours when on the suppressor or machine gun line and ONLY under the direction of the RANGE OFFICERS. 

  • Extra tables will NOT be available during the show, so if you need an extra table please rent an extra one during registration or bring one with you.  

  • Each exhibitor is allowed one vehicle OR one trailer that can be parked in the exhibitor designated parking area for your convenience. These vehicles will NOT be allowed to be moved during show hours and they must be parked PRIOR to the start of the show each day. No exceptions.

  • All firearms on display MUST be unloaded and have chamber flags.

  • Only military and firearm related equipment and merchandise may be sold. No food, beverages, snacks of any kind may be sold. 

  • No grilling of food is allowed on any part of Shooters Gauntlet Property. No alcohol is allowed on premise. No drugs or contraband is allowed on premise. 

  • Cancellations and no shows are non refundable nor transferrable.

 

Machine Gunners

 

 

  • All registrations and exhibitors fees must be RECEIVED by May 1st, 2017

  • Set-up for the machine gun line is Friday from 10am-7pm, and Saturday from 7am-9am

  • All Machine Gunners must be setup and all vehicles moved off the machine gun line  by 9am. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS STRICTLY ADHERED TO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SPOT WITH NO REFUND IF YOU SHOW UP LATE. 

  • Each machine gun spot comes with two passes. Additional passes can be purchased during registration for a fee of $25 per additional pass.

  • Machine Gunners are required to wear their badge at all times in a visible fashion.

  • Machine Gunners are required to staff their spot for the entire show. Failure to do so will result in loss of your spot without refund and you will be barred from all future events.

  • The gates to the Machine Gun Range for Machine Gunners only will open 3 hours prior to the start of the show each day.

  • All trash generated is to be with boxed or bagged, or placed in trash receptacles. Please leave the area around you as you found it. 

  • All spent brass is to be picked up and discarded in provided waste containers.

  • There is NO ELECTRIC and only VERY POOR CELL SERVICE on location. There is currently no wi-fi, but we are working to make improvements for future shows. We will provide a land line for background checks ONLY. Please prepare accordingly.

  • We do not allow ANY discharge of firearms during set-up days. The ONLY time you may discharge a firearm is during normal show hours when on the suppressor or machine gun line and ONLY under the direction of the RANGE OFFICERS. 

  • We do not provided any tables, chairs or tents. You may bring your own as long as your tent is no larger than the spot(s) you rented.  

  • Each Machine Gunner is allowed one vehicle OR one trailer that can be parked in the Machine Gunners designated parking area for your convenience. These vehicles will NOT be allowed to be moved during show hours and they must be parked PRIOR to the start of the show each day. No exceptions.
